Council member Phyllis Marcuccio was gracious enough recently to give me a tour of East Rockville and Lincoln Park. I haven’t enjoyed myself like that in a dog’s age (as a friend of mine would say). Anyhow, I spied these decoy deer guarding the weeds and I thought the shot too inviting not to take.
