I shopped there exclusively when I had birds (two parakeets) and the quality of her seed and products was outstanding. I was especially grateful for her willingness to take the time to answer questions, and her employees are well-trained and very helpful. I hope to be able to own birds again, and when I do I will get them from Animal Exchange. Truly a special Rockville institution! She’s a great lady!!
