The City delivered 6,500 carts in this first round. City workers had to attach the wheels and bars to all the carts then deliver the requested size to each household in Phase I using six rental trucks. The work was done at the King Farm barn. I'm perfectly willing to wait my turn for my carts but was disappointed because I was mistakenly sent notification that I was in Phase I and had gone through the whole process. This could only happen to a few houses with extenuating circumstances and I was one of them!
