Fenestra Apartments Succeeding In Town Square

With the national recession and hard times hitting many Rockville residents, sometimes people wonder how those large residences in Town Square are faring. Indeed, at the >recent summit held by the Town Center Action Team, a number of residents expressed skepticism that anyone was moving in at all. (Even though the property management said that the properties were 85% filled.)

Amidst this backdrop, a new, nice piece of news crossed our desk.

The Fenestra Apartments (on the corner of Beall Ave. and Maryland Ave., across from the Library) was recently recognized for having the “fastest lease-up pace” among a number of regional properties. It’s enjoying the fourth-fastest lease up rate in all of Maryland.

In other words, people are still leasing, and doing so at a higher rate than elsewhere!
