This hopeful shot (if you look closely you can see the rainbow) was submitted by Rockville Central friend Kate Savage. Of it, she says: “I love rainbows and Carver [education center] seems to be a good spot for them to appear. This was taken by my husband, Tom Sickles, around 7pm on Mannakee St.”
