I thought the three community organizations did a good job holding the 4th Candidate’s Forum. The photos I took of the event are posted on Facebook. At least 130 people were counted in attendance, excluding the 12 candidates and moderator.Thank you for all the work the groups did tonight.

Thanks to everyone from College Gardens, Woodley Gardens, and Plymouth Woods who came out last night and put us through our paces, and thank you to the organizers for making it happen. It was yet another substantive, lively, and respectful session. I don’t make it five minutes into these forums without learning something useful!

On behalf of College Gardens, Plymouth Woods and Woodley Gardens, I want to take this opportunity to thank the Mayor and Council candidates for attending last night’s forum at College Gardens Elementary School in front of a room filled with citizens concerned about their City government. We appreciate each of the twelve candidates, passionate enough about their city to seek to lead it for the next two years, taking time from their grueling pre-election schedules to participate in the forum as well as the volunteers who set up and removed chairs, distributed and collected questions and provided the sound system. We also thank the school staff for their help in meeting our needs.Thank you all!Gerry Cashin, PresidentPlymouth Woods Condominium, Inc.Board of Directors
