This photo was sent along by one of our favorite Rockville Central friends, Brigitta Mullican. She says: “As a traditional holiday gesture the Rockville Sister City Corporation each year decorates the Pinneberg Sister City Room in the Glenview Mansion. The effort has always been headed by the Board of Director Elizabeth Von Kaenel.”
