Police Search for Suspect in Rockville Bank Robbery

Montgomery County police and the FBI >are searching for the suspect in a Saturday-morning robbery of the Wachovia Bank in King Farm.

Saturday morning shortly before 9:30, a man entered the bank, displayed a handgun to a bank employee, and demanded cash. He had the employee remove cash from a number of stations and then fled in a vehicle that witnesses say may have been a Corvette.

The suspect is male, about 6 feet, and of undetermined race. He was wearing a black motorcycle helmet, black jacket, and black jeans.
