Wondering what the weather is like? When heavy storms like the one that just rolled through hit, sometimes it’s good to be able to see what the weather’s like at a distance from where you happen to be.

Weatherbug, a local weather company, has a nice network of live weather cameras, including a number in Rockville and Montgomery County.

Not all are reliable (some are stuck in 2009, if you look at the date stamps) but two that are pretty rock-solid are at Richard Montgomery High School and College Gardens Elementary School.

Click each image to go right to the relevant page for each.

Special Bonus! The Robert Frost Middle School camera is often a good one, but it appears to have lost power this morning so it is stuck at 7:11 am. Also, it is in a part of Rockville that isn’t right near Richard Montgomery and College gardens, so it can give you a better sense of weather across Our Fair City. In case you are visiting this page in the future, here it is for you.
