Police Seek Help Identifying Regal Theater Robber
Montgomery County Police have asked for the public’s help in identifying the person who robbed a Regal Theater employee on Saturday. Here’s their account:
At approximately 11:38 a.m. [Saturday], 1st District officers responded to the report of a robbery that had just occurred. The male victim, a 21-year-old employee of the theater, was coming in to work and was the only person there. After he was inside, he was approached from behind by an unknown male suspect armed with a knife who demanded money. After obtaining an undisclosed amount of cash, the suspect fled. The victim was not injured.
The suspect is described as a male of unknown race, between the ages of 20 and 29, 5’8” tall, and weighing approximately 190 pounds. At the time of the incident he was wearing baggy blue jeans, a gray tee shirt with a design in orange, a dark blue jean jacket, dirty gray work boots, thick work gloves, and a tan baseball cap with Yankees or Red Sox sticker. His face was covered with a black bandana.

Those who wish to remain anonymous should call Crime Solvers of Montgomery County at 1-866-411-TIPS (8477). Crime Solvers is offering a cash reward of up to $1,000 for information provided to them that leads to the arrest and/or indictment of the person responsible for this crime.
