Oh my. I believe this is the young man who was trying to say something to me as I walked into the Starbucks at Town Center this morning around 9:45 am. I called the number here to report that, but was put through to someone’s voicemail….He was pointing at a big white Expedition with rims all excited, and tried to say something to me….but whatever he said was not understandable….I hope someone was able to find him. The only thing is the guy I saw, I thought to be a little taller than 5’5″….but it may be that he was quite thin and looked taller….

Update–got a call back from Rockville PD. This young man (Mr. Pratt) was apparently located last evening. So the guy I saw this morning was not Mr. Pratt, although the investigator said he knows who I ran into this morning because he ran into the same person last evening……small world, and fortunately the missing man is no longer missing :)
