>Rockville Central friend and all-around amazing person Chas Hausheer passed along his link to a slideshow of the winners of this year’s East Rockville Civic Association “Winter Wonderland Decorating Contest.” These are great homes, and I would love it if other civic associations would follow ERCA’s lead!

Hi Chas! We loved the idea but didn’t get the note about it in the mail till too late, or we would’ve nominated our neighbors, who actually strung their lights up across the street! I’ve had friends in other towns mention that their neighbors didn’t decorate for Christmas, but I’ve seen some AMAZING displays here in Rockville - lots of holiday spirit here!
