ILLEGAL DRUG ARRESTS
- 11/03/10-(6:23 p.m.) Thomas George Cardin, M, age 49, of Kensington, was arrested for possession of CDS-marijuana and possession of CDS-paraphernalia following a traffic stop at the intersection of Veirs Mill Road and Rockville Pike. Mr. Cardin was transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.
- 11/04/10-(11:45 p.m.) Michael Joseph Ferreira, M, age 48, of no fixed address, was arrested for possession of CDS-paraphernalia following a complaint in the 1900 block of Lewis Avenue. Mr. Ferreira was issued a criminal citation and released.
- 11/05/10-(10:21 a.m.) Cristian G. Guifarro, M, age 35, of Rockville, was arrested for possession of CDS-cocaine and possession of CDS-paraphernalia following a traffic stop in the 2100 block of Veirs Mill Road. Mr. Guiffaro was transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.
- 11/07/10-(2:30 a.m.) Adriel Antonio Pereira Cabello, M, age 19, of Olney, was arrested for possession of CDS-paraphernalia following a complaint in the 1100 block of Higgins Place. Mr. Cabello was issued a criminal citation and released.
ASSAULT ARRESTS
- 10/31/10-(11:15 p.m. – 11:22 p.m.) Marquis Dominiqe Evans-Royster, M, age 20, of Germantown, was arrested for 2nd degree assault and disorderly conduct following a complaint in the 1700 block of Chapman Avenue. Mr. Evans-Royster was transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.
- 11/02/10-(7:00 p.m. – 7:08 p.m.) Male Juvenile, age 16, of Rockville, was arrested for 2nd degree assault following a complaint in the 200 block of Great Falls Road. The male juvenile was transported to the Montgomery County Police Department’s 1st District Station for processing and released into the custody of his mother.
- 11/02/10-(11:59 p.m.) Richard Alexander Tilley, M, age 22, of Rockville, was arrested for 1st degree assault, 2 counts of 2nd degree assault, possession of CDS-crack-cocaine, possession of a concealed weapon with intent to injure, and disorderly conduct following a complaint in the 100 block of East Montgomery Avenue. Mr. Tilley was transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.
THEFTS ARRESTS
- 11/06/10-(2:30 p.m.) Juan Angel Posadas-Moran, M, age 51, of Gaithersburg, was arrested for shoplifting following a complaint in the 100 block of Rollins Avenue. Mr. Posadas-Moran was issued a criminal citation and a trespass notification letter and released.
WEAPONS ARRESTS
- 11/05/10-(10:20 a.m. – 10:34 a.m.) Male juvenile, age 17, of Silver Spring, was arrested for possession of a deadly concealed weapon (knife) and possession of a deadly weapon on school property (knife) following a complaint in the 14500 block of Avery Road. The male juvenile was transported to the Montgomery County Police Department’s 1st District Station for processing and released into the custody of his father.
OTHER ARRESTS
- 11/01/10-(2:06 a.m. – 3:21 a.m.) Anthony Richards M, age 29, of no fixed address was arrested for trespassing following a complaint in the 500 block of Rutgers Street. Mr. Richards was transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.
- 11/04/10-(9:20 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.) Melvin Lee Barrick, Jr., M, age 36, of Shippensburg, Pennsylvania, was arrested for being a fugitive from justice, following a complaint in the 1200 block of West Montgomery Avenue. Mr. Barrick was transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.
DUI ARRESTS
- 10/30/10-(3:36 a.m.) Christopher Morales, M, age 24, of Germantown, was arrested for driving under the influence following a traffic stop at the intersection of East Jefferson and Rockville Pike. Mr. Morales was transported to the Rockville City Police Department for processing.
- 11/04/10-(5:54 p.m.) Monette Marie Deo, F, age 29, of Washington, D.C., was arrested for driving under the influence following a traffic accident at the intersection of West Montgomery Avenue and Shady Grove Road. Ms. Deo was transported to the Rockville City Police Department for processing and released.

- 10/30/10-(7:42 p.m.) Unit block of Maryland Avenue, unknown suspect(s) removed a backpack containing an Ipod, a cell phone, a camera, clothing, a wallet, a set of keys and a notebook from a restaurant.
- 10/31/10-11/01/10-(10:00 p.m. – 8:35 a.m.) 1000 block of Rockville Pike, unknown suspect(s) removed a vehicle parking lamp from a vehicle.
- 11/01/10-(6:00 a.m. – 6:45 a.m.) 200 block of West Montgomery Avenue, unknown suspect(s) removed a cell phone from a residence.
- 11/02/10-11/04/10-(10:00 p.m. – 2:30 a.m.) 1400 block of Cove Lane, unknown suspect(s) removed 3 computer drives, a processor, a computer power supply, a motherboard, a Coolmaster case, a graphics card, computer software, computer cords, a sound card, speakers, computer memory, a monitor, keyboard and mouse from an apartment.
- 11/03/10-11/04/10-(6:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m.) Unit block of Nocturne Court, unknown suspect(s) removed two purses containing a wallet, 3 credit cards, and U.S. currency from a vehicle.
- 11/04/10-(12:00 p.m. – 12:56 p.m.) 700 block of Twinbrook Parkway, unknown suspect(s) removed a computer case containing a gift card, U.S. currency and jewelry from an unattended baby stroller at a store.
- 11/05/10-(9:50 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.) 700 block of Elmcroft Boulevard, unknown suspect(s) removed a delivery package containing laptop from the front porch of a residence.
