i’m not sure where the zip code data came from or how current it is. the numbers may not be as bad as this looks for this year. zillow shows year/over/year home value in 20850 of going up 3.2%, with average value of $494,000 as of sept. 30 (calculated nov. 5), the latest number they cite. march 1, 2009 was the recent low, at $446,000.
