ILLEGAL DRUG ARRESTS
- 12/21/10-(12:40 a.m.) Male juvenile, age 17, of Silver Spring, was arrested for possession of CDS-marijuana and possession of CDS-paraphernalia following a complaint in the 2100 block of Baltimore Road. The male juvenile was transported to the Montgomery County Police Department’s 1st District Station for processing and released into the custody of his father.
- 12/22/10-(2:50 a.m. – 3:30 a.m.) Christopher James Boylen, M, age 19, of Silver Spring, was arrested for possession of CDS-paraphernalia following a traffic stop at the intersection of East Gude Drive and Norbeck Road. Mr. Boylen was issued a criminal citation and released.
- 12/22/10-(11:01 p.m.) George Louis Dominguez, M, age 25, of Silver Spring, was arrested for possession of CDS-marijuana and possession of CDS-paraphernalia, following traffic stop at the intersection of Norbeck Road and First Street. Mr. Dominguez was transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.
- 12/31/10-(3:00 p.m. – 4:08 p.m.) Theron Douglas Kidd, M, age 29, of Beltsville, was arrested for CDS-prescription obtained by alerting an order, CDS-prescription obtained by concealment and CDS-prescription obtained by forgery, following a complaint in the 700 block of Rockville Pike. Mr. Kidd was transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.
- 01/02/10-(12:13 a.m.) Michael Alejandro Cabrera, M, and Christopher Thomas Duzenski, M, both ages 19, both of Rockville, were arrested for possession of CDS-paraphernalia following a complaint in the 600 block of Mannakee Street. Both Mr. Cabrera and Mr. Duzenski were issued criminal citations and released.
- 01/04/11-(4:04 p.m.) Edward Alexander Thome, M, age 19, of Rockville, was arrested for possession of CDS-marijuana, following a traffic stop at the intersection of Taft Street and East Gude Drive. Mr. Thome was transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.
- 01/05/11-(4:40 p.m.) Forest Edward Palmer, Jr., M, age 59, of Germantown, was arrested for possession of CDS-paraphernalia and for an outstanding warrant, following a traffic stop in the 400 block of Lincoln Street. Mr. Palmer was issued a criminal citation and transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing of the warrant.
- 01/05/11-(9:31 p.m.) Mohammad Ruhallah Hosseinz, M, age 21, of Rockville, was arrested for possession of CDS-paraphernalia following a traffic stop at the intersection of Rockville Pike and Hubbard Drive. Mr. Hosseinz was issued a criminal citation and released.
- 01/06/11-(1:57 p.m.) Nikola Ilkov Ilev, M, age 25, of Rockville, was arrested for possession of CDS-marijuana and possession of CDS-paraphernalia following a traffic stop in the 100 block of Fleet Street. Mr. Ilev was transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.
ASSAULT ARRESTS
- 12/27/10-(5:10 a.m. – 5:15 a.m.) Stephen Joseph Riordan, M, age 64, of Rockville, was arrested for assault following a complaint in the 900 block of Nelson Street. Mr. Riordan was transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.
- 01/08/11-(9:45 p.m.) Mark Christian Mikalaski, M, age 35, of Rockville, was arrested for 2nd degree assault and disorderly conduct following a complaint in the 14900 block of Shady Grove Road. Mr. Mikalaski was transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.
THEFT ARRESTS
- 12/25/10-(6:45 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.) Robert Forsythe Brunenkant, M, age 44, of no fixed address, was arrested for theft, disorderly intoxication and trespassing following a complaint in the1000 block of Rockville Pike. Mr. Brunenkant was transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.
- 12/27/10-(4:50 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.) Israel Ramos, M, age 21, of no fixed address was arrested for theft following a complaint in the1900 block of Veirs Mill Road. Mr. Ramos was transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.
- 12/30/10-(7:06 p.m.) Male juvenile, age 16, of North Potomac, was arrested for shoplifting following a complaint in the 300 block of Hungerford Drive. The male juvenile was transported to the Rockville City Police Department for processing and released into the custody of his mother.
- 01/05/11-(12:30 p.m. – 12:40 p.m.) Mustafa Sali Buba, M, age 20, of Rockville, was arrested for theft and possession of CDS-marijuana following a complaint in the unit block of Mannakee Street. Mr. Buba was transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.
- 01/08/11-(6:48 p.m. – 7:20 p.m.) Christopher Andrew Edwards, M, age 43, of Rockville, was arrested for theft and theft scheme following a complaint in the in the1200 block of Rockville Pike. Mr. Edwards was transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.

- 12/25/10-(4:00 p.m. – 4:12 p.m.) Peter Depree, M, age 51, of no fixed address, was arrested for trespassing following a complaint in the14900 block of Shady Grove Road. Mr. Depree was transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.
- 12/28/10-(2:20 p.m. – 2:35 p.m.) Female juvenile, age 16, of Rockville, was arrested for disorderly conduct following a complaint in the 200 block of Rockville Pike. The female juvenile was transported to the Montgomery County Police Department’s 1st District Station for processing and released into the custody of her mother.
- 01/05/11-(11:00 a.m. – 11:15 a.m.) John Vincent Redshaw, M, age 45, of Wheaton, was arrested for aggressive panhandling and an open container of an alcoholic beverage following a in the unit block of Maryland Avenue. Mr. Redshaw was issued citations and released.
- 01/05/11-(2:45 p.m. – 3:10 p.m.) Richard J. Buckingham, M, age 63, of Bethesda, was arrested for trespassing and disorderly conduct following a complaint in the unit block of Maryland Avenue. Mr. Buckingham was issued 2 citations and released.
- 01/05/11-(8:30 p.m. – 8:45 p.m.) Joshua David Park, M, age 18, of no fixed address, was arrested for trespassing following a complaint in the 300 block of Hungerford Drive. Mr. Park was transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.

BURGLARIES

Once inside the unknown suspect(s) removed jewelry, collectible coins, a safety deposit box, a U.S. passport, Euro currency, 2 credit cards, a social security card, a green card, a watch and a suit.
