ILLEGAL DRUG ARRESTS
- 01/09/11-(1:25 p.m. – 1:45 p.m.) Tommy Gbata Logan, M, age 26, of Gaithersburg, was arrested for possession of CDS-paraphernalia following a complaint in the 1500 block of Rockville Pike. Mr. Logan was transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.
- 01/10/11-(5:46 p.m.) Michael Andre Gaunt, M, age 26, of Washington, D.C.; Male juvenile, age 17, of Potomac; and Male juvenile, age 17, of Rockville, were arrested for: possession of CDS-marijuana and possession of CDS-paraphernalia following a traffic stop at the intersection of North Horners Lane and Lincoln Avenue. In addition the above charges, Mr. Gaunt was also charged with distribution of CDS-marijuana. Mr. Gaunt was transported to the Central processing Unit for processing. The two male juveniles were transported to the Montgomery County Police Department’s 1st District Station for processing and released into the custody of their parents.
- 01/14/11-(11:50 a.m.) John Alonzo Word, M, age 22, of Bowie, was arrested for possession of CDS-paraphernalia following a traffic stop at the intersection of Rockville Pike and First Street. Mr. Word was issued a criminal citation and released.
- 01/15/11-(9:38 p.m.) Gerald Nicholas Adams, M, age 18, of Rockville, was arrested for possession of CDS-paraphernalia following a traffic stop at the intersection of East Middle Lane and Rockville Pike. Mr. Adams was issued a criminal citation and released.
- 01/21/11-(8:50 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.) Christian Serapio Cabotaje, M, age 20, of Lanham was arrested for possession of CDS-paraphernalia following a traffic stop in the100 block of East Montgomery Avenue. Mr. Cabotaje was issued a criminal citation and released.
- 01/22/11-(1:22 p.m. – 1:28 p.m.) Deborah Anne Morris, F, age 47, of no fixed address, was arrested for CDS-inhale harmful substance following a complaint in the 200 block of Rockville Pike. Ms. Morris was transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.
- 01/26/11-(4:44 p.m.) Christopher Jean Villarreal, M, and Joel Eleazar Leos Wells, M, both age 22, and both of Silver Spring, were arrested for possession with intent to distribute CDS-marijuana and possession of CDS-marijuana following a traffic stop at the intersection of Twinbrook Parkway and Ardennes Avenue. Mr. Villarreal and Mr. Leos Wells were transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.
- 01/28/11-(6:22 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.) Mark Dewayne Walker, M, age 45, of Rockville, was arrested for possession of CDS-oxycodone following a traffic stop at the intersection of South Stonestreet and Park Road. Mr. Walker was transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.
- 01/28/11-(8:05 p.m.) Carolyn Janice Brown, F, age 49, of Rockville, was arrested for possession of CDS-morphine and possession of CDS-cocaine following a traffic stop in the 900 block of First Street. Ms. Brown was transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.
WEAPONS ARRESTS
- 01/10/11-(4:20 a.m.) Bryan Gregory Fell, M, age 20, of Rockville, was arrested for 2 counts of possession of concealed dangerous weapons (knife and brass knuckles), possession of CDS-marijuana and possession of CDS-paraphernalia following a complaint at the intersection of Rockville Pike and Wootton Parkway. Mr. Fell was transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.
- 01/28/11-(6:00 p.m. – 6:20 p.m.) Mukhtar R. Wahab, M, age 18, of Gaithersburg, was arrested for possession of carrying a concealed dangerous weapon (knife) following a traffic stop at the intersection of Halpine Road and Lewis Avenue. Mr. Wahab was transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.
- 01/29/11-(3:19 a.m. – 3:23 a.m.) Alexander Vladimir Goycochea Vargas, M, age 23, of Rockville and Erika Lili Argueta Cuadra, F, age 22, of Gaithersburg, were arrested: Mr. Goycochea Vargas for possession of a concealed weapon (butterfly knife), possession of CDS-marijuana, possession of CDS-paraphernalia and driving under the influence; Ms. Argueta Cuadra for possession of CDS-marijuana and possession of CDS-paraphernalia following a traffic stop at the intersection of Veirs Mill Road and Broadwood Drive. Mr. Goycochea Vargas and Ms. Argueta Cuadra were transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.
ASSAULT ARRESTS
- 01/24/11-(2:30 p.m. – 3:05 p.m.) Jerail Melik Netcliff, M, age 20, of Rockville, was arrested for 1st and 2nd degree assault and reckless endangerment, following a complaint in the 300 block of Howard Avenue. Mr. Netcliff was transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.
- 01/31/11-(3:30 a.m. – 4:06 a.m.) Marieli Cruz, F, age 21, of Silver Spring, was arrested for 2nd degree assault following a complaint in the 1000 block of Grandin Avenue. Ms. Cruz was transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.
BURGLARY ARRESTS
- 01/20/11-(3:30 p.m. – 3:52 p.m.) Garey Steven Jones, M, age 57, of no fixed address, was arrested for 1 count of 1st degree burglary, 2 counts of 4th degree burglary and possession of burglary tools following a complaint in the 300 block of Redland Boulevard. Mr. Jones was transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.

- 01/15/11-(7:43 p.m.-8:15 p.m.) Michelle Daisy Harrison, M, age 49, of no fixed address, was arrested for disorderly conduct following a complaint in the 200 block of West Montgomery Avenue. Ms. Harrison was transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.
