This one’s by Rockville Central friend Brenda Dunham. She says she took it right after the snow stopped. I like how the bird is looking at us. Thanks Brenda!

This cool shot is by Rockville Central friend Brenda Dunham. She took it on that gorgeous Sunday afternoon we had a few days ago. “Lots of skateboarders on this beautiful afternoon,” she says.

Phew

This shot was taken Sunday late afternoon by Rockville Central friend Brenda Dunham. She says: “I was in Welsh Park . . . coming from the tennis courts up towards the upper softball fields beside the swim center parking lot. My attention was drawn to a couple of guys flying large model helicopters. They were very good! I was trying to capture images of the helicopters as they zoomed around when I noticed a small brush fire in the bracken between the swim center parking lot and the softball fields. I don’t know how it started. I was very concerned by several adults that allowed children to stand very near the flames. The firemen put it out promptly.”

This dramatic photo is from Rockville Central friend Brenda Dunham at Saturday’s Rockville Express game. Of it, she says: “Rockville Express vs. Youse’s Maryland Orioles — Rockville’s Josh Cardosa shows his athleticism.” But did he get the runner out??
